5.1 Accessing the Configuration Settings
The use of the vx36 may be customized through five different settings tabs.
To access on the settings button, click on this , it is always located at the top right of the screen.

Mode
Enables to select the measurement mode: auto, normal lens, progressive lens or
contact lenses

Auto read
Enables to select the auto read mode:, when you are center or disable it and make
manual acquisition.

Prism
Enables to select the prism measurement option, it can either be X-Y (Cartesian
notation), P-R (polar notation) or OFF (disable it)

Near vision
Enables to select the Addition measurement option: S-ADD (equivalent sphere), ADD
(normal addition)

Step
Enables to select the measurement display increments.
