Speed dial memory
To review speed dial numbers
Use the following steps to review speed dial numbers.
When the telephone is idle, press MEM. The screen
shows ENTER LOCATION.
Press a dial pad key (0 through 9) to choose the
desired speed dial memory location. The telephone
shows the telephone number stored in the location.
Press FLASH to return to the idle mode.
If there is no number in the speed dial location you selected in step 2, the
telephone shows ------------.
The screen can show up to 12 digits at a time. If the number is longer than
12 digits, the screen only shows the last 12 digits.
To dial a speed dial number
Use the following steps to dial a desired telephone number stored in the
speed dial memory location.
Follow steps 1 and 2 in To review speed dial
numbers on this page to nd the desired entry.
Press DISPLAY DIAL. The telephone automatically
turns on the speakerphone and then dials the
displayed telephone number.
-OR-
Press DISPLAY DIAL and lift the handset. The telephone dials the number
automatically.
-OR-
Lift the handset then wait for the dial tone.
-OR-
Press SPEAKER to use the speakerphone then wait for the dial tone.
Press MEM. The screen shows ENTER LOCATION.
Press a dial pad key (0 through 9) to choose the desired speed dial
memory location. The telephone automatically dials the telephone number
stored in the selected speed dial memory location.
If you press DISPLAY DIAL and there is no number in the speed dial memory
location, you will hear an error tone.
