Answering system operation
To delete all old messages
Use this feature to delete all old messages. New (unheard) messages cannot
be deleted until you have listened to them.
When the telephone is idle, press DELETE, the
answering system announces “To delete all old
message, press delete again.” Press DELETE again
within three seconds to delete all old messages.
The system announces, “All old messages deleted.” The message window
displays dE for two seconds with a long beep to conrm the deletion. Once
you have removed a message, you cannot restore it.
If you have no old messages when you press DELETE in step 1, the
telephone says, “You have no old messages.”
