Why does the VTech DigiGo fail to connect to available Wi-Fi?

If your VTech Media Player fails to connect to an available Wi-Fi network, the selected network might not be configured properly, or authentication may be required. Ensure that the network is configured correctly and that there is no firewall blocking internet access. If a password is required, make sure the correct password is entered, paying attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.
