Using the telephone base:
Press to start or stop message
playback.
Press to play the next new
messsage if available.
Press to play the current message
from the beginning.
Press to delete currently play
message and continue to play the
next message if available.
Pressing
/ to adjust the volume.
Delete all messages
If you want to delete all the old
messages, you can:
Using the handset:
1. Press when the phone is not in
use.
2. Press to select ANS. MACHINE.
3. Press ▼/▲ to scroll to DEL ALL OLD,
and press .
The display shows CONFIRM?
4. Select and press to confirm,
or to return to previous menu
option.
Using the telephone base:
When the telephone is not in use,
press and hold to delete all
messages.

Answering machine is OFF.

Flashing XX alternatively with OF:
Answering machine is OFF and
there are XX new voice messages
received where XX is from 01 to

is the number of messages in the
answering machine memory.

Steadily on: No voice messages in
the answering machine.

Flash: There are XX new voice
messages received where XX is
from 01 to 59.
Steadily on: Playing the current XX
incoming old message.
Flashing: Playing the current XX
incoming new message.

Steadily on: There are ZZ old voice
messages kept in the answering
machine memory (no new voice
messages).
XX/FF
Flashing XX alternatively with FF:
There are XX new voice messages
received where XX is from 01 to
59 and the answering machine
memory is full.
FF
Flashing FF: The answering
machine memory is full and there
are no new messages, and only
old messages are kept.

Time is not set and there are XX
