Delete handset
1. Press when the phone is not in
use.
2. Press ▼/▲ to choose BS SETTINGS,
and then press to select.
3. Press ▼/▲ to choose DELETE HS,
and then press to select.
• PIN? - - - - displays; - - - - cursor
flashes.
• Default 4-digit PIN is 0000.
• Press to delete.
• The PIN will be masked as
++++
.
4. Enter the 4-digit PIN and then press
to confirm.
5. Press ▼/▲ to choose the desired
handset to be deleted, and then
press to confirm.
• Return to previous menu.
• The deleted handset will be
removed from the registered
handsets list, and the antenna
icon will disappear. REGISTER
displays.
NOTE
• If the PIN is incorrect, the screen
returns to the previous menu.
Set dial mode
The dial mode is preset to touch-
tone dialing. If you have pulse (rotary)
service, you need to change the dial
mode to pulse dialing before using the
telephone to make a call.
1. Press when the phone is not in
use.
2. Press ▼/▲ to choose BS SETTINGS,
and then press to select.
3. Press ▼/▲ to choose DIAL MODE,
and then press to select.
4. Press ▼/▲ to choose TONE or PULSE,
and then press to select.

• The screen returns to the
previous menu.
• You hear a confirmation tone.
Change length of flash time
1. Press when the phone is not in
use.
2. Press ▼/▲ to choose BS SETTINGS,
and then press to select.
3. Press ▼/▲ to choose FLASH TIME,
and then press to select. There
are 3 options:
• SHORT
• MEDIUM

(by default)
• LONG
4. After you have selected, press
to confirm and save.
• You hear a confirmation tone.
