Rename handset
You can rename the handset for your
easy reference with the base.
1. Press when the phone is not in
use.
2. Press ▼/▲ to choose HS SETTINGS,
and then press to select.
3. Press ▼/▲ to choose RENAME HS,
and then press to select.
• HANDSET _ displays; _ cursor
flashes and you can rename the
handset.
• Press to delete a character or
digit.
4. Press to save.
Set auto answer
You can set your handset to auto answer
the call once you lift it from the base.
1. Press when the phone is not in
use.
2. Press ▼/▲ to choose HS SETTINGS,
and then press to select.
3. Press ▼/▲ to choose AUTO ANSWER,
and then press to select.
4. Press ▼/▲ to choose ON or OFF.
5. Press to save.
• Press to return to previous
menu.
Base settings
Ringer
1. Press when the phone is not in
use.
2. Press ▼/▲ to choose BS SETTINGS,
and then press to select.
3. Press to select BS RINGER.
4. Press ▼/▲ to select your preferred
ringtone from MELODY 1 to MELODY

Set ringer volume
You can set the ringer volume or turn the
ringer off.
1. Press when the phone is not in
use.
2. Press ▼/▲ to choose BS SETTINGS,
and then press to select.
3. Press ▼/▲ to choose RING VOLUME,
and then press to select.
4. Press ▼/▲ to select from VOLUME
OFF to VOLUME 5, and then press
to select and save.
