Handset settings
Set languages
The LCD language is preset to German.
You can select English, French, Italian,
Spanish, Portuguese or Dutch to be
used in all screen displays.
1. Press when the phone is not in
use.
2. Press ▼/▲ to choose HS SETTINGS,
and then press to select.
• ALARM displays.
3. Press ▼/▲to scroll to LANGUAGE,
and then press to select.
4. Press ▼/▲ to choose ENGLISH,
DEUTSCH, FRANÇAIS, ITALIANO,
ESPAÑOL, PORTUGUÊS or
NEDERLANDS, and then press
to select.
• The screen returns to the
previous menu.
• You hear a confirmation tone.
Set date and time
1. Press when the phone is not in
use.
2. Press ▼/▲ to choose HS SETTINGS,
and then press to select.
3. Press ▼/▲to scroll to DATE & TIME
and then press to select.
4. Press ▼/▲to scroll to
• DATE FORMAT
• TIME FORMAT
• SET TIME
Set date format
1. Follow Set date and time and reach
DATE FORMAT. Press to select.
2. Press ▼/▲ to choose DD-MM-YY or
MM-DD-YY format.
3. Press to save.
Set time format
1. Follow Set date and time and reach
TIME FORMAT. Press to select.
2. Press ▼/▲ to choose 12HR or 24HR
format.
3. Press to save.
Set date and time
1. Follow Set date and time and reach
SET TIME. Press to select.
2. Use the dialing keys (0-9) to enter the
hour (HH) and minute (MM). Press
to save.
3. Use the dialing keys (0-9) to enter the
year (YYYY), and then press to
save.
4. Use the dialing keys (0-9) to enter the
date (DD) and month (MM). Then,
press to save.
• The screen returns to the
previous menu.
• You hear a confirmation tone.
