5.9.4 Overload protection
Vehicle type
All vehicles with spring chamber cylinders.
Purpose
To protect the wheel brake from overload (added force) when the service and
spring chamber brake are actuated simultaneously.
Connecting the components
The anti-compound relay valve is already integrated in the PEM:
If there is no PEM available, overload protection must be ensured using a separate
anti-compound relay valve:
