– Install the 2 LIN ultrasonic sensors 446 122 401 0 (0°) horizontally max. 0.12 m
from the right or left outside edge of the vehicle for accurate measurement of
the vehicle's outside dimensions.
If this is not necessary, you can also mount the LIN ultrasonic sensors closer
together.
– Install depth sensor: In the TEBS E Diagnostic Software, enter the position of
the LIN ultrasonic sensor (Distance vehicle to rear side) - in relation to the last
vehicle edge.
This distance should not be more than 35 cm.
If protruding ramps are supposed to be detected, at least one LIN ultrasonic sensor
must be mounted at the height of the ramp (buffer).
