Lifting and lashing down the machine
1. To lift the motor, hang suitable tackle at the central lifting point.
2. Carefully load machine into or onto a stable means of transport.
3. After loading the machine, lash down the machine to prevent it from rolling off, slipping, or tipping
over.
8.2 Packaging and transporting the rechargeable battery
The rechargeable battery must be switched off during packaging and transport.
8.3 Transporting the battery charger
Wind up the battery charger cable. Do not bend the cable.
9Storage
In order to avoid possible damage, the following points must be observed:
Always store the machine, rechargeable battery and battery charger separately.
Do not store outdoors.
Store dry and free of dust.
Protect from direct sunlight.
9.1 Specific storage - Rechargeable battery
In order to avoid possible damage, the following points must be observed:
If possible, store at an air humidity of < 80%. Risk of corrosion!
Store as cool as possible (< 25 °C).
If possible, store at 30-50% charge situation of battery.
Store separately from other hazardous substances (minimum distance of 2.5 meters).
Do not store with metallic objects. Risk of short circuit!
No fire and open light in the storage area.
For permitted storage temperatures, see chapter Technical Data.

Appoint a specialist flagman for a safe lifting operation.

Always read and comply with the transport regulation accompanying the rechargeable
battery and the safety instructions in this manual!
The current transport regulations version must be observed, regardless of the transport
medium and route.
