9 Operation
9.1 Operating the machine
WARNING
Risk of injury from falling parts!
If the tool breaks, injuries can be caused by ejected parts.
Use safety goggles.
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to uncontrolled machine operation!
Always hold the machine with both hands and take a firm stand.
Use safety shoes.
CAUTION
Danger of crushing due to relative movement between motor and
hood!
Only hold the machine by the handles provided.
Use protective gloves.
NOTICE
Notes on tool use!
The tool has jammed in the material:
Switch off the engine and let it cool down.
Perform tool changesee Maintenance on page 35, Change tool.
Start the engine.
Use the new tool to clear the jammed tool.
Do not use the tool as a lever and work in small parts to avoid getting
caught and damage.
The operator's designated location is behind the machine.
Slightly press the handles so you can feel the suspension of the ma-
chine and not the lower stop.
