5.2.2 Remote control
The machine is controlled by remote control only.
The remote control commands are transmitted to the machine via infrared signal
within the receiving area.
For trouble-free transmission of the infrared signal, always aim the remote
control directly at one of the machine's two receiver units.
The following commands can be sent via remote control:
Start the engine.
Move the machine with simultaneous vibration.
Turn on/off stand vibration.
Move the machine fast or slowly.
Switch off the engine.
5.2.3 Infrared system
If you press a control lever or button on the remote control, the remote control
will transmit an infrared signal to one of the machine's receiver units.
The machine's receiver unit converts the infrared signal into an electronic signal.
The electronic signal is then processed by the controller, which controls the
machine in accordance with the command.
In order for the machine to be able to execute the commands, the remote control
and the machine must be set to the same transmission channel.
16 different transmission channels are available; the channel can be set with a
rotary switch on the remote control. When the transmission channel has been set
on the remote control, this must be coordinated with the machine.
If you would like to operate several remote-controlled machines in close
proximity, the machines must be set to different transmission channels.
