9.1.3 Regular maintenance

Check the functionality of the
proximity recognition sensor.
Check the function of the
emergency stop switch.
Check hydraulic oil level,
have hydraulic oil topped up if
necessary.
Have hydraulic hoses
checked for damage or leaks
– have them changed if nec-
essary. *
Check the base plate vibra-
tion dampers for damage –
have them changed, if neces-
sary. *
Have the fastening screws
checked for tightness: *
Division bar.
Central suspension.
Hydraulic oil tank
Base plate vibration damp-
ers.
Check exciter oil level – fill if
necessary.
Lubricate the protective hood
locks.
Check central suspension for
signs of damage.
Change drive motor engine
oil and oil filter.
Have the fuel filter replaced. *
Change air cleaner cartridge
– if the Air cleaner control
lamp is lit, even before the
scheduled time.
