8 Cleaning and Maintenance

1. Install electrode holder 3 together with nozzle 2 in nozzle insert 4 and tighten union
nut 1.
2. Place the double adapter 5 on the gun body and tighten it.
8.8.3 Cleaning the Double Adapter

1. Loosen the double adapter 5 and separate it from the gun body.
2. Unscrew union nut 1 and carefully pull out electrode holder 3 together with the nozzle
2.
3. Carefully blow out the areas marked with A with a compressed air gun and remove any
powder residues.
4. Assembly in reverse order.
