Common errors and troubleshooting
Charging error
When a battery charging error occurs, the battery level indicator will ash rapidly at the same time and
will enter the standby mode after 5 seconds before automatic shutdown. Try to plug and unplug the
power connector to recharge. If repeated attempts fail, please contact the after-sales technical sup-
port staff.
Common errors and troubleshooting of board
When the board shows faulty behavior during operation, the remote controller will display the cor-
responding error code. Please conduct troubleshooting as described below. If the problem persists,
please consult the after-sales technical support for assistance. Do not disassemble or repair the prod-
uct without authorization.

Board activation pending
Power off the remote controller and power on the
board, connect the app to the board and activate
the board as indicated by the app, until the board is
available.
Severity Warning icon Errors and troubleshooting
Warning messages
Equipment operational error, such as ECU communication error,
BMS too high/low temperature, and ESC too high temperature.
The equipment will automatically control the power output.
When the error is resolved, the operational state resumes back
to normal.
If the problem persists, please record the error code and con-
sult the after-sales technical support.
Error
Equipment running error, such as power system communication
error and increased high battery temperature. When the remote
controller displays an error icon, the equipment will automati-
cally limit the output power to a safe level. Please return to the
shore immediately, record the error code and consult after-sales
technical support
.
Severe error
Severe equipment errors, such as water exposure of the battery,
severely over-discharged battery. When the remote controller
noties of a severe error, stop using the product immediately,
and record the error code and consult after-sales technical sup-
port.
