Enable output TS channel. Configure multicast destination IP address, source port, and protocol.
The Constant Rate should be about 2 Mbps higher than the Effective Bitrate listed in the
Status > TSIP (64I32O) menu. In that case, the bitrate of inserted null packets will be around 2
