E1 EEPROM read error. Moisture on control
board.
1 Inspect for steam leaks.

E2 EEPROM writes error. Moisture on control
board.

DATA invalid.
Reload software error.
1 Turn the power to the unit off and then back on.

DATA incompatible.
Reload process error.
1 Turn the power to the unit off and then back on.
2 Replace the control board.

identification invalid.
1 Inspect the connector and jumper on relay board
X14-9 to X14-10 for loose or broken connection.
2 Turn the power to the unit off and then back on.

over temperature.
Temperature sensor,
relay error, or a
programming issue.
1 Verify the element relay is cycling.
2 Verify the temperature sensor resistance is
correct.
3 Verify the cavity temperature is exceeding the
maximum temperature.
4 Replace the control board and relay board.
E14/F8 Critical relay error. Software or
mechanical issue.
1 Turn the power to the unit off and then back on.
2 Replace the relay board and control board.
