4 Remove the MDL from the unit.
LOWER OVEN MOTOR DOOR LOCK INSTALLATION
After installing the motor door lock on the lower oven, install:

Middle vent channel
2 Cover collar
3 Middle air inlet cover
4 Upper air inlet cover
5 Upper oven door
Install the Motor Door Lock (MDL) for the Lower Oven
TIP: On the left-hand switch (door lock switch), connect the
white wire to common and the black wire to Normally Open
(NO). On the right-hand switch (door unlocked switch)
connect the double white wire to common and the red wire
to Normally Open (NO).
1 Turn the MDL over, and connect the wire connectors to the
door lock and the door unlock switches.
2 Push the MDL part way into the unit and connect the MDL
wires.
3 Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the MDL mounting screws.
MOTOR DOOR LOCK INSTALLATION
After installing the motor door lock on the single oven or upper
oven, install:

Control panel
2 Upper air inlet cover
After installing the motor door lock on the lower oven, install:
1 Middle vent channel
2 Cover collar
3 Middle air inlet cover
4 Upper air inlet cover
5 Upper oven door
Install the Motor Door Lock (MDL)
TIP: On the left-hand switch (door lock switch), connect the
white wire to common and the black wire to Normally Open
(NO). On the right-hand switch (door unlocked switch)
connect the double white wire to common and the red wire
to Normally Open (NO).
1 Turn the MDL over, and connect the wire connectors to the
door lock and the door unlock switches.
2 Push the MDL part way into the unit and connect the MDL
wires.
3 Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the MDL mounting screws.
4 Place the MDL cover with the connected module onto the
MDL.
5 Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the MDL cover mounting
screws.
DOOR SWITCH SENSOR REMOVAL
WARNING
Disconnect the product from the power source
before starting this procedure.
To remove the single oven or upper oven door switch sensor,
first remove:

Upper air inlet cover
To remove the lower oven door switch sensor, first remove:
1 Upper oven door
2 Middle air inlet cover
Remove the Door Switch Sensor
1 Use a T-10 Torx bit to remove the door switch sensor
mounting screws from the door switch bracket.
2 Disconnect the wire connectors from the door switch
sensor.
3 Pull the door switch sensor wire harness and connector
through the opening in the door switch bracket.
