INSPECTION AND SERVICE
Component Access
1. Removing outer case
1.1a Undo and remove 2 screws (A) securing
boiler casing at the top of the appliance.
1.1b Undo but do not remove the 2 screws
(B) securing boiler casing at the bottom of
the appliance.
1.2 Pull case forward and remove.
 It is necessary to remove bottom tray if
action 2 to 2.2 is done, this is retained by
two screws at the front and hooks over the
bottom frame work of the boiler.
2. Adjusting boiler control to
service position
2.1 Remove two screws (D)securing control.
2.2 Hang control on two lugs (E) on boiler
framework.
