5. Creating Standards
1.
Select the Standard icon in the function bar by pressing on the right or
left side of the Navigation control.
2. Press the Edit button to open the selected standard slot.
3. By default the security function will be switched on, to create or edit
your standard enter the password “999” and select OK.
4. To enter a name for the standard, use the up or down sides of the
Navigation control to select “Enter name…” and then press the Enter
(Select) button.
5. Preview your sample by lightly pressing then firmly to Measure.
Note: If you do not want the current measurement to be used, use the
Navigation control to select Reset and press the Enter (Select) button.
6. Continue with additional measurements to obtain an average value if
standard averaging is activated in the Settings (default setting is 3).
