3. Verify that the paper is loaded correctly in the tray and that the guides are pressed firmly against
the paper.
a. Press and slide the length guide until the arrow points to the appropriate paper size and the
guide clicks into place.
b. Slide the width guides until the arrows point to the appropriate paper size on the bottom of the
tray and the guides click into place.
Note: When the paper guides are adjusted correctly, a small space between the paper or media and
the guides is normal.
