Print-Quality Troubleshooting
Stains on the Front of the Page
The background of the front of the page is stained. This could indicate toner
leakage from the Print Cartridge or damage or debris on the Transfer Roller
surface.
Initial Actions
• Check for toner leakage from the Print Cartridge.
• Print the Print Cleaning Page (page 4-2).
