4. Remove the jammed paper.
5. If paper is jammed at the exit to the output tray, remove the paper by carefully pulling it straight
out in the direction shown.
Note: Toner can adhere to the transfer roller. This does not affect print quality.
6. If paper is jammed in the fuser, pull green lever A1 to open the fuser exit gate.
