Note 10 - Call Reason and MIU Status both have their source the Status register of the MIU
Model 200 or 205. The MIU Status field is a 16-bit bit-map with the following definitions:
Note 11 - The PhonRead MIU Model 200 is designated as Type Code "A" by AutoRead. The
PhonRead MIU Model 205 is designated as Type Code "B" by AutoRead.
