What to do if Xylem SonTek River Surveyor M9 Measuring Instruments data collection device is not receiving data?
    • S
      Scott HoganJul 25, 2025
If the data collection device (PC or Mobile device) isn't receiving data when using a wireless link like Bluetooth or Spread Spectrum radios, ensure you maintain a direct line of sight between the system and the communication device. The system may be out of range (Bluetooth range is 60 m, Spread Spectrum radios range is 2 km), or obstacles may be preventing communication. If you are using a direct connection, check that the cable hasn't been disconnected.
