  If your Yamaha Electronic Keyboard has no sound, first ensure the VOLUME control is at a reasonable level, as it affects both the OUTPUT and PHONES jacks. Also, if you're using an external sound system, verify the connections and volume levels. Confirm the Yamaha Electronic Keyboard is properly connected to the included AC adapter and powered ON. Check the levels set in the MIDI functions, Volume and Expression. The pattern or song that you selected might be empty. The tracks of the selected pattern or song might have been muted. Finally, the level of the drum pad might be set to zero.
