Also, ensure that the two components are not too far apart. Interference from other devices emitting radio-frequency signals could be the cause. Check that the other component’s Bluetooth function is on and properly set to send audio to this unit, and that the pairing setting is correct. Also, ensure the other component’s volume isn't set to minimum.
