panel needs to be oriented to the bottom right-hand side of the assembly when on
the outside facing the unit.
STOP PAGE/IMPORTANT – Polycarbonate
• Each Polycarbonate panel has a UV coating on only ONE side of the panel
• To install properly so the UV coating is on the outside of the panel, the notch in the PC panel needs to be
orientated to the bottom right-hand corner of the assembly
• Photo of PC Sheet and a make note of the small notch on bottom right hand corner
• Remove film just before installing tape to prevent damage of the PC panels
STOP PAGE – Anti-Dust Tape
• Two different tapes are supplied – 1 for the top of the panels, 1 for the bottom of the panels
o Top Bottom
• Do not apply the tape in direct sunlight
• All surfaces must be clean and dry before installing the tape
• Tape should be cut 2” longer than the width of the panel so that it wraps around the corners and up the panel
by 1” on each side
• Remove the backing on the tape, center it on the sheet of PC so its equal on both sides. Fold the tape around
the edges and rub gently to avoid damaging the tape
