The speed feed forward function is not supported in IN 1.ERPO-
LATE (interpolation feed) with the SGDB-=N.
Always set the speed feed forward field between the ninth and
twelfth bytes to 0.

polation feed with position detection) with the SGDB-1110 ON.
Always set the speed feed forward field between the ninth and twelfth
bytes to 0.
