Description
It enables or disables the phone to send requests to the outbound proxy server.

It configures the IP address or domain name of the outbound proxy server.
Note: It works only if “account.X.outbound_proxy_enable is set to 1 (Enabled). To use an outbound
proxy server address, “account.X.sip_server.Y.outbound_proxy_enable” should be set to 1 (Enabled).
