Menu->Features->Call Forward->Busy Forward->Off Code
It triggers the no answer forward feature to on or off on a phone basis.
Note: It works only if “features.fwd.allow” is set to 1 (Enabled) and value of the
parameter “features.fwd_mode” is set to 0 (Phone) (except T19(P) E2 IP phones). DND
activated on the IP phone deactivates the local No Answer Forward settings.
0-Off
1-On, incoming calls are forwarded to the destination number (configured by the
parameter “forward.no_answer.target”) after a period of ring time.

It configures the destination number of the no answer forward on a phone basis.
