Call Forward in Custom Mode Configuration

It triggers always forward feature to on or off.
Note: It works only if “features.fwd.allow” is set to 1 (Enabled) and value of the
parameter “features.fwd_mode” is set to 1 (Custom). It is not applicable to T19(P) E2 IP
phones.

1-On, incoming calls to the account X are forwarded to the destination number
(configured by the parameter “account.X.always_fwd.target”) immediately.
