Calls
To place a call:
Enter the desired number using the keypad and then press the Call button or OK.
If there are multiple lines assigned to your handset as outgoing lines, press Line
to select the desired line and then select OK or Dial to dial out. If you don’t select
a line, the handset will use the default outgoing line.
To place a call from the local directory:
1. Press OK to enter the main menu.
2. Select the Contacts button.
3. Press the up or down navigation buttons to highlight the contact you want
to call.
4. Press the Call button.
• If only one number is stored for the contact in the directory, the phone
will dial the number.
• If both the oce number and mobile number are stored for the
contact, the screen will display the two numbers. Highlight the desired
number using the up or down navigation buttons and press the Call
button again.
To place a call from the call history:
1. Press History when the handset is idle.
2. Press the up or down navigation buttons to highlight the desired list (All
Calls, Outgoing Calls, Missed Calls or Accepted Calls), and then press OK.
3. Select an entry using the up or down navigation keys.
4. Press the Call button.
To place an internal call to one handset via another handset:
1. Press OK to enter the main menu.
2. Select the Intercom button.
3. The screen will display other registered handset names and the All HS
option. Press the up or down navigation buttons to highlight the handset
you want to call, or select All HS to dial all handsets.
4. Press the Call button, the speakerphone button or OK to dial out.
