When input BLOCK is ON, the function will ignore GI requests and cease all
monitoring activity. Consequently
, no transitions will be detected.
The I103POSCMD function is also equipped with two additional commands:
Operate and Cancel. These are hidden in ACT and respond only to base INF +2
and +3 respectively. The base INF (Information Number) parameter is an IEC
60870-5-103 identifier that associates a function in a 103 Master (such as Scada)
with its equivalent in the IED.
