5.1 Troubleshooting procedure
1. Try to find a solution for the problem with the aid of the information in this document.
2. If you cannot find a solution for the problem, contact your local representative of the
manufacturer. Refer to section
1.12

5.2 Troubleshooting table

The touchscreen is black
and it does not light up
when you touch it.
There is a problem with the
AC input power supply.
