Standard Deviation j As it is used in this owner’s booklet, standard deviation measures how
widely spread the bG test results are (e.g., if the bG test results are
close to the bG average, then the standard deviation is small).
Start Time j The start time of a time block.
Target Range j The range of your blood sugar results considered acceptable.
Time Blocks j Up to eight time periods within one day to facilitate your changing
insulin needs throughout the day.
Time Range j The user sets the duration of time. There is a start and end time.
User j A person using the meter.
Warning j Describes items and conditions that present hazards and may cause
personal injury.
Warning Limits j See Hyper Warning Limit or Hypo Warning Limit.
