3.3 About the Control Solutions
• Only use ACCU‑CHEK Aviva control solutions.
• The meter automatically recognizes the control solution.
• The control test results are not displayed in the diary.
• Write the date you opened the control solution bottle on the bottle label. The solution is good for three
months from that date or until the “Use by” date on the bottle label, whichever comes rst.
• Do not use control solution that is past the “Use by” date.
• The solution can stain clothing. If you spill it, wash your clothes with soap and water.
• Close the bottle tightly after use.
