6. Check that the code number on the meter
display matches the code number on the
test strip container.
If they do not match, insert the correct code key into the
meter and test again.
7. If you are still unsure of the problem … Perform a control test and repeat the test with a new test
strip. If you still have problems, contact ACCU-CHEK

After performing a control test and repeating a blood sugar test, if your blood sugar results still do not reect
the way you feel, contact your healthcare professional immediately.
