Meter Setup
Using the Set-Up Mode
The following features can be customized as required:
• Time and date – set the time and date.
• Beeper – select “On” or “OFF.”
• Test reminders – select “On” or “OFF.” If you choose “On,” select 1 to 4 reminders per day
• Hypoglycemic (Hypo) alert – select “On” or “OFF.” If you choose “On,” select the blood glucose level
for the alert.
The
has three functions for the set‑up mode:
• To enter the set‑up mode, turn on the meter then press and hold
until “set‑up” flashes on the display.
This takes about 4 seconds.
• Press and release
to set the selected option.
• To exit the set‑up mode at any time, press and hold
for about 4 seconds until the flashing test strip
symbol appears on the display.
Throughout this section, the red progress bar helps guide you through the setup process.
