If outdoor reset is enabled then the current outdoor temperature is used to determine the Setpoint by interpolation
using LL CH Setpoint (or LL CH Time-Of-Day Setpoint if TOD is on), the min water temperature, and the min and max
outdoor temperatures.

The LL frost protection feature can be enabled to turn the pump and possibly fire the burner whenever the input
sensor is too cold.

This parameter provides the setpoint for frost protection based on outdoor temperature. When the outdoor
temperature falls below this threshold then frost protection will be active.
