Port The serial port used to connect to the receivers /satellite(s).
Select the appropriate com port 1 or 2.
Baud rate Transmission speed between host computer and satellite(s). Chose “9600”.
Data bits Number of bits comprising the transmitted data. Leave value at “8 bit”.
Parity Parity control type. Leave it at “Mark”
Sleep The waiting time in milliseconds between oneterminal and the next. The value 0
ensures maximum polling speed but drastically slows down the operation of other
programs.
Time-out The maximum waiting time for a reply from terminals or satellites,expressed in
milliseconds. The safety value is 200. Depending on the specifications of the
equipment in use this value can be reduced to fasten communication.

To configure the satellites - if necessary - chose Configuration, Satellites.
