Saddle
9.2.1 Adjust saddle height
Depending on the model, the clamp of the seat post
clamp is fixed with
• a screw or
• a quick release.

f Turn the screw anti-clockwise until the seat post can
be moved in the seat tube.
f Adjust the saddle to the desired height.
f Observe the minimum insertion depth of the seat
post.
f When the saddle has been brought to the correct
height, align the saddle with the frame.
f To fix the adjustment, tighten the screw clockwise.
f Observe the torque of the screw.
f Check whether the saddle can be twisted.
f If the saddle can be twisted, check the clamp of
the seat post clamp.
9.2.2 Adjusting the saddle angle
Depending on the model, the saddle angle can be changed
and the saddle can be moved further forwards or backwards
if required
f Loosen the bolt(s) on the seat post by one to two turns
anticlockwise.
f Move the saddle to the desired position.
f To fix the setting, tighten the screw(s) clockwise.
f Observe the torque of the screws.
f Check whether the saddle can be moved.
f If the saddle can be moved, contact a bicycle
dealer.
