46 Agilent 240/280 Series AA (including Zeeman)
been installed. This software must be installed from the Service folder of the BASE
CD.
To do this:
1 Insert the SpectrAA Base CD in the computer CD-ROM drive.
2 Use Windows Explorer to open the Service folder ‘D:\service’, where ‘D’ is the
CD-ROM driver letter.
3 Locate and run the setup.exe file to install the necessary components and
enable the VALIDATE button in the Administration window.
Installation and commissioning tests can be selected and run from the
‘Installation’ test window that is displayed. This allows easy testing and provides a
report of the tests conducted covering power-on self-tests, safety interlocks, and
wavelength performance checks.
