This manual, with enclosed "Manual Changes" sheet, applies to Agilent
5517B/C/D Laser Heads having serial number prefixes as listed on the
"Manual Change" sheets.
Older Instruments
For serial prefix numbers below those listed above, refer to Section VII for
Manual Changes.
