1 Beginning of the spot_meas subprogram.
3 to 12 Declares variables for the dc sources, and defines the value.
14 to 21 Declares variables for the pulsed source, and defines the value.
23 to 24 Sets SMU filter off for the pulsed bias channel, and sets the
pulsed bias source.
25 to 27 Applies voltage to device.
