5. Maintenance
1 Bearing: gearshaft (both ends)
2 Bearing: wheel shaft (both ends)
3 Bearing: cutter bar rocker arm
(on top + underneath)
4 Lubrication point: drive chain
5 Bottom plate
6 Star washer
7 Hex bolt
V-Belts
Inspect the condition of the V-belts at
least once per year.
l
Turn the mower over to its left side
and remove the bottom plate (5)
l
If the V-belts are worn, replace them
Only use original AGRIA V-belts!
– see ”wear parts”
For V-belt change and the following ad-
justment, contact your AGRIA work-
shop!
Chain Drive
Wet the drive chain (4) with chain oil
once a year and after cleaning the
mower with a pressure washer.
Bearing Bushes
Apply a few drops of Bio-slushing oil to
the bearing bushes (1–3) once a year
and after cleaning with a pressure
washer. For this purpose, turn the
mower over onto its left side and remove
the bottom plate (5)
Drive-wheels
l
Inspect the tyre pressure at regular
intervals. In particular, ensure that the
pressure on both wheels is equal to
ensure a smooth running.
l
Fit the wheels in such a way that the
lugs point in travelling direction to give
full traction (seen from above).
l
Check the wheel shaft permanently
for any grass stems that have wound
around it. Remove any grass. If neces-
sary, remove the drive-wheels for this
purpose.
