1 Steering bar
2 Handlebar
3 Clip for Bowden cable
4 Bolt for handlebar attachment
5 Oval washer with square hole
6 Grip nut
7 Starter cord bracket

l Open the top of the cardboard box.
l Cut the box open on all four corners
and fold down the sides.
Fitting the handlebar
l Remove the grip nut (6) and remove
the bolt (4) together with the oval washer
(5).
l Align the ends of the handlebar (2)
with the steering bar (1).
l Insert the bolt (4) with the oval washer
(5) in the holes on the handlebar and
steering bar from the outside. Ensure
that the square end of the bolt is fitted
properly in the square hole in the oval
washer.
l Attach the grip nut (6) and tighten it.
l Attach the Bowden cables to the han-
dlebar using the clip (3). Ensure that all
cables are routed properly. Ensure they
are not bent or squeezed.
