CAUTION
Risk of injury due to material breakage.
Cuts to the body and damage to the
cabinet.
Do not climb on top of or into the cabi-
net. Do not place loads on the lid.
Remove a broken lid from inside and
around the freezer area immediately
wearing protective gloves.
Stop using the cabinet with the broken
lid and immediately transfer all affected
products to a functioning cabinet.
notes
The lids must not be exposed to any additional loads
or be used as a storage space for various objects.
During each effective cooling procedure, condensa-
tion accrues and the moisture contained in the air is
frozen onto the cooling surfaces. The operator must
therefore defrost the cabinet completely manually at
regular intervals.
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to slipping.
Leaked condensation may lead to slipping.
Timely removal of the condensation that
may leak from the cabinet.
8. Temperature setting and
monitoring system
note
Please adhere to the statutory storage temperature
for your products.
The temperature display (optional) shows a tempera-
ture inside the cabinet that does not correlate directly
with the product temperature.
On cabinets with a thermostat, the display can either
be in the form of an external thermometer on the
front wall or as an internal thermometer on the right
inside wall.
On cabinets without a temperature display, a ther-
mometer is to be placed on the highest layer of prod-
ucts. Please note, however, that this does not display
the temperature of the products but, from experience,
a slightly warmer temperature.
