Audio Codec: R27A/C support four audio codec - PCMA,
PCMU, G729, G722. Different audio codec requires different
bandwidth, user can enable/disable them according to
different network environment.
R27A/C support H264 standard, which provides better video
quality at substantially lower bit rates than previous standards.

CIF, VGA, 4CIF and 720P.
